1. Where do I start?
You have come to the right place. To get started call us at 936-525-7097 or e-mail us to request a complimentary Meet & Greet visit. A Meet & Greet is a complimentary 30 minute consultation at your home so we can become better acquainted with you, your pets, and your home. You will be able to ask about any question or concern that you may have. In fact, we require all new pet care clients to schedule a Meet and Greet.
2. What is your service area?
We service The Woodlands and Conroe, Texas. If you live within a 20 mile radius of the zip code 77301, please call us for more information.
3. What are your hours of service?
Our office hours are from 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. Our hours of service are from 8:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m or overnight times. Calls made after 7:00 p.m. will be returned the following day. We provide services 365 a year.
4. How do I know my pet sitter was at my home?
Every visit ends with a Daily Report. This report details the tasks completed and any additional information regarding your pet or it's activities. Additionally, your pet should be happy and relaxed.
5. Do you belong to any professional organizations?
Yes, membership in professional organizations enables me to meet other persons in the pet industry, attend seminars and conventions and participate in a variety of webinars. I belong to Pet Sitters International, the ASPCA, and Women in the Pet Industry Network.
6. Do you have both a Dog Daycare and Dog Boarding as well as a Pet sitting and Dog Walking Service?
No, we only offer services in your home.
7. Are you insured?
We are bonded and insured through a national insurance company.
